It was fun. I wish I were actually in Italy to really visit this location.

Fun to play. Enjoy!

Find out how a couple was murdered and get out of the hotel in time

A fun way to join various friends from different parts of the world. The game was recommended to me by a die hard escape room fanatic, when I asked him for something fun and good for people who are complete beginners.
Will Dalton and the concierge are great and make the experience very entertaining. Their English is excellent making it easy to play in English.
The game is definitely good for first timers. Will directed us occasionally in the right direction without being too obvious about it. We managed to find the way out in time but could not spend time decoding how the couple was murdered.

Fun scares in The Haunted Hotel

We played on a Sunday when they offer a English version of the game, it's good fun, with a fairly linear puzzle order which works for a virtual experience, some good jumps and scares with a fantastic concierge character and some nice bits of tech, great stuff!

Unique, immersive and just plain fun !

My family and I had the BEST time escaping the Logan Hotel. The host was incredibly fun and acted his role out very well. He didn’t try to guide us towards the answers and he humoured us when we sent him in all the wrong directions which is so incredibly key to feeling like you are an active participant in the room. The design of the room was fantastic. You could really tell a lot of time and effort was invested in setting it up and the live actors were such a unique and amazing experience to me. They too played their roles very well and added so much humour, suspense and creepy element to the experience as a whole. I thoroughly enjoyed doing this room as did the rest of my team. My only regret is that I was no actually IN Italy to get to see it in person as it was certainly unlike any room escape I have been to and I’m sure it would have been even more impressive and eerie in person !

Fun and mildly scary!

This adventure was very immersive, from the details on the set to the live actors. The people really made it fun and challenging! I played with my husband, 13yo son, and 2 adult friends. We all had a blast! I read a comment that had said a cross between Disney's Haunted Mansion and the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror rides. I think that sums it up perfectly. I would definitely recommend doing this adventure!

Fun live streaming experience!

We had a great time escaping the Haunted Hotel room at Breakout Escape Milano online. The live actors added fun to the theme, along with the decor and puzzles . We have done quite a few rooms in person and online, but still felt challenged by some of the unique puzzles. Would recommend to seasoned and new escape room enthusiasts alike.

An hour of mystery...

We had a blast at the Logan Hotel. The actor who plays the role of concierge is very good, the scares really well done. One hour of total immersion!

very funny moments

4 brave detectives joined the team of paranormal investigator Will Dalton to investigate the mysteries of the frightening Logan Hotel. An escape room full of twists, very good and funny actors and medium difficulty puzzles. We didn't expect to have so much fun playing from home. Highly recommended!

Very creepy and at times outright scary

You're in a creepy hotel investigating paranormal goings on. But unlike most live video escape rooms you're not alone. There are other inhabitants of hotel that you're going to meet (whether you want to or not).

Remote Play Review: Breakout - The Haunted Hotel | Italy
The Haunted Hotel’s most notable feature is the use of multiple actors. This adds a sense of immersive theater to the experience which works really well in the remote play medium. In addition to having the avatar host plus two additional performers in the game, Breakout Italy uses lighting, sound, and timing to create one very memorable cinematic action sequence. — read the full review from Escape Authority

BreakOut Escape Room Milano - "The Haunted Hotel"
The set design felt eerie but well decorated. This is the perfect type of game that I would try remotely but not sure if i'll be brave enough to do in person. You'll definitely get a few "nice" jump scares. The game was not puzzle heavy but they were all inline with the story — read the full review from ESCAPETHEROOMers
