Welcome to the Grand Re-Opening of THE COUNTESS. World Renown & New York City's Premier Speakeasy French Bistro; The Countess has recently shut it doors for some "internal restructuring". 3-Star Michelin Ranked, French Owner & Executive Chef, Francois "Le Boucher" Hellerstein has almost completely released all of his front-of-house plus kitchen staff due to undisclosed reasons & has not given a statement.  The Creative Genius, Chef Hellerstein has been known to have an excessive temper within the kitchen, that also coincides with an extensive past in & out of rehab facilities. No stranger to drama, Chef Hellerstein's previous venture, the award-winning "Le Cochon Effraye" was under a series of investigations as to the whereabouts of several staff members. Quotes from management where along the lines of "they simply just vanished"................ Currently, we are looking to hire new kitchen staff for The Countess.
