Reviews for Mystery Mansion
DTF: Drag Task Force And Flo Mingo
"DTF" boils down to controlling a robot machinery to divert an imminent glittery explosion, and as unrealistic as it sounds, the avatar's full-on committed acting and well-executed banters effectively help sell this scenario. Much like a live drag show, this is so unapologetically frivolous and ludicrous, you volunteer yourself to become part of the fun. — read the full review from Escape Mattster

Mystery Mansion: Sleepy Man (Play at Home)
Sadly Sleepy Man (as well as two other Mystery Mansion games) will be gone in its live-avatar format from the end of October 2021. While we have it on good authority that it’s not disappearing entirely (only changing), if you haven’t played the Sleepy Man Trilogy yet, we highly recommend you book now. It’s the perfect time of year for all things spooky and this is definitely one online experience you aren’t going to want to miss! — read the full review from Review The Room

Mystery Mansion Regina: D’Vile’s Curio Shoppe (Play at Home)
D’Vile’s is yet another wonderful contribution to the online avatar escape room world by Mystery Mansion. It doesn’t have the fun of DTF or the humour of Seen, but it is a wonderful creepy addition to the online horror world. We really can’t wait for the next instalment in this story, The Sleepy Man. — read the full review from Review The Room

Mystery Mansion Regina: Night Terrors
The storytelling across the trilogy is immense, we got thoroughly pulled into the ‘Sleepyman’ saga. Night Terrors does a good job at introducing you to the Sleepyman universe, channeling some strong Buffy vibes. We strongly recommend that you play all of these in order as it makes it SO much better. In fact, doing them all back-to-back, as we did, is definitely the optimal way to experience the trilogy. — read the full review from The Escape Roomer

Mystery Mansion Regina: D’Vile’s Curio Shoppe
D’Vile’s Curio Shoppe is a brilliantly spooky game that has near-mastered the art of creating tension and a sense of unease in all the players! — read the full review from The Escape Roomer

Mystery Mansion Regina: Sleepy Man
We really enjoyed Sleepy Man. It was an excellent conclusion to the horror trilogy and despite my ‘not being good’ with scary escape rooms, this one was easy to digest on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Each game in the series brings a fresh level of creativity and I love that they can be played from anywhere in the world! — read the full review from The Escape Roomer

Mystery Mansion Regina: Drag Task Force
Overall, a brilliant experience and a fun way to spend an evening with friends. I’d recommend this one for anyone up for a laugh, and for such a good cause, why the heck not?! — read the full review from The Escape Roomer

Mystery Mansion: DTF: Drag Task Force and the Fabulous Flo Mingo  (Play at Home)
DTF is delightful, campy fun, made even better by the interaction with FloBot. Filled with laughs aplenty, satisfying puzzles, and all the glitz and glamour I expect from a drag show. Not to mention, a portion of the proceeds from every ticket will be donated to Lulu’s Lodge in Regina, so you get to help others simply by having fun. — read the full review from Review The Room

Mystery Mansion: Night Terrors (Play at Home)
Nothing about this room terrorised us, we loved it. A good use of Telescape and live video made for a slick and seamless game. The star of the show though was our avatar who brought the character to life and really made this game special. — read the full review from Review The Room

🗣. REMOTE: Mystery Mansion Regina - "DTF: Drag Task Force"
Mystery Regina's creativity with their story lines are always very unique (especially the adult humor component). We haven't seen any escape room dare to tap into that territory but we especially enjoy those giggly moments. The remote avatar was a great add on to this innovative set. Without giving away too much, you're able to actually control the avatar with different commands. If you like to be interactive with your avatar and watch/listen to them do silly things, you'll definitely get a kick out of this game. — read the full review from ESCAPETHEROOMers

Seen • Mystery Mansion Escape Rooms • Remote Escape Room Review
Admittedly, "Seen" may not be the most refined selection off the company's online games roster, but if you're simply looking for some casual puzzling sprinkled with some harmless, arguably lowbrow comedy, this may be a good fit. Hey, nothing wrong with that--adulting is hard in 2020. (Or rather, especially hard in 2020.) — read the full review from Escape Mattster

Mystery Mansion: Seen (Play-at-Home)
Gather your closest friends (or enemies), put your own tiny humans to bed (if you have any), and get ready to accept a remote “babysitting job.” Seen really is no ordinary experience. — read the full review from Review The Room

Mystery Mansion: Detective’s Office (Play at Home)
An office space is unlikely to blow you away with its set design, but solid puzzles and great games mastering makes this a fun family-friendly experience. I’ve never been to Regina, but if I ever do make it over, Mystery Mansion will be the first stop. — read the full review from Review The Room

REMOTE: Mystery Mansion Regina - "Seen"
We always have a great time playing Mystery Mansion Regina's remote escape rooms as their avatars are very interactive with the audience and often times they are hilarious (beware, the room is Rated 14A for coarse language, dark comedy, and inappropriate themes). — read the full review from ESCAPETHEROOMers

CUT-THROAT (AUDIO LED) - Mystery Mansion Escape Rooms | Review
Overall, this was no worse so than an episode of "Family Guy" or "South Park", though if you adamantly oppose to this sort of adult-leaning humor, do communicate with the business for possible alternative accommodation. — read the full review from Escape Mattster

Mystery Mansion Regina - "Night Terrors"

Benign Serial Killer
There were decent puzzles, but there was no suspense or sense that we were in any 'danger'.,The puzzles offered some variety, though a few were a bit of a reach to associate. The puzzles were not really 'themed', but it probably would have been fairly difficult to do so seamlessly. — read the full review from I Virtually Escaped
