About

The Laboratory DIGITAL VERSION

“My great-grandmother used to be assistant to a scientist who worked with animals and odd machinery. He was on the verge of a discovery that would change the world… I have inherited the key to the lab from her. It was left with her under strange circumstances by the scientist. Unfortunately, I also seem to have inherited harassment from a rather unpleasant corporation, so I have decided that it is time to revisit the old laboratory. I need some help! Someone needs to find out what went on in there…” — read more

This is our digital only version of The Laboratory. Explore the 360 room views, interact with items and open padlocks, just like you would in real life. You can play online with friends/family, seeing each others cursors in the room with you. This is the closest possible thing to playing an actual escape room online.

The game includes a full, multi level, hint system, so if you get stuck you can take a little nudge. If you're really struggling you can go all the way through to the solution for each puzzle.

For this digital version, we have returned the game to it's full, original difficulty level. There's more puzzles here than in our live avatar version (even some things that were removed/simplified for normal in person games), so even if you've already played the live version, you may still find this entertaining.

The Laboratory - Escape Room (Corporate Event)

Escape One Algarve provided a very entertaining and memorable escape room session for our company. Within a matter of days the organized this session very well, considering the number of participants who very much enjoyed it. The Laboratory game is very challenging and fun and really makes you think creatively and work closely with your teams players. . It's very affordable the hosts are very nice and professional and really help you if you're stuck without a clue. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a good time with their friends, family or even colleagues.

🗣. REMOTE: Escape One Algarve - "Final Call"
Whenever we play a remote game with Escape One Algarve, there's always a sense of improvement and this time was no different. This horror themed zombie escape room had a few moments of dark comedy as well. The ending was a jaw-dropping moment for us. I guess you'll have to play it in order to find out why but boy were we glad we got onto that last flight! — read the full review from ESCAPETHEROOMers

Escape One Algarve: Final Call (Play at Home)
I never would have thought that zombies and bridal boutiques go hand in hand, but apparently they do. If you can’t get to Portugal to play Final Call in person, then I strongly suggest you consider playing this remote option – you won’t be disappointed! — read the full review from Review The Room

Escape One Algarve: Atlantis (Play at Home)
I often see requests for games that are “family-friendly,” and I wholeheartedly recommend Atlantis! In fact, I would recommend it even if your family doesn’t contain any children. — read the full review from Review The Room

Escape One Algarve: The Laboratory (Play at Home)
Nothing is ever going to be quite the same as playing a physical escape room in person, but the virtual version of The Laboratory came close, and was everything I could ask for in a game: good theming, clever puzzles, and a great host. I’m only sad that I won’t get to play it in person. — read the full review from Review The Room

Escape One Algarve - Remote Escape Rooms
The flow of the game was great and puzzles were all reasonable to the story. The puzzles were not really difficult but that's probably because we bought a strong team with us (#Escapeaddicts - around 1600 escape games played) . The set design was quite immersive for a remote escape room. — read the full review from ESCAPETHEROOMers
