“Some very cool interfaces that we haven't seen before. The host was very friendly and also seemed to be having fun, which always makes things more enjoyable. One of the more difficult games we've played, but doable for people with a bit of experience.”

“A great room for cat lovers. Lots of clever tie ins between the puzzles and the theme. Kind of an old fashioned room, but we appreciated the lock inventory, and the fact that the host didn't go to the wrong lock when there was more than one option. Mabel had rather manly hands, and hairy arms, but we loved her anyway!”

“We really liked that this game was set up in a caravan--something different! Cool, imaginatively designed set. The puzzles were a bit tricky in places, but had some imaginative elements. And the GM seemed like a really nice guy. Recommended!”

“It's very important to have 4 devices connected to this game, since each device will receive a different part for various puzzles. This was a good conceit, forcing a high level of collaboration and teamwork. Lots of good, inventive, and fairly tough puzzles. And an extremely pleasant GM!”

“Really appreciated the degree to which the GM committed to the game. Some good campy laughs.”

“This game is among the most FUN that we've played, mostly because of the really pleasant and personable GM. A very clever mingling of in room action and cut scenes, which allow for some very cool spooky elements to be integrated. Definitely worth the money!”

“A really nice set, and lots of fairly high tech puzzles, with only 1 physical lock. Certainly creepy, but not too scary for older kids. Recommended!”

“Very entertaining experience with a quite funny, personable host. Although the main elements are fairly basic (lots of locks), they have used a lot of imagination to integrate creative elements, including some terrific video cut scenes. A few scary moments, but actually more laughs than frights. Definitely recommended!”

“This is among my favourite games online (of about 30 played). The host was very engaging and really pleasant, and the puzzles were clever and well integrated into the narrative. Not super high tech, but very clever. Recommended!!”

“Definitely at the scarier end of the range. Good integration of online elements (make sure you have a decent 2nd screen or device) and some clever puzzles. The set is a bit basic, but there is some imaginative use of some simple props.”

“Very attractive and immersive sets. This one didn't work as well as their Seven Dwarfs game wrt online gameplay. Not their fault--I'm sure it would be terrific in person. But one puzzle in particular was basically impossible since it depended on understanding the relationship between the front and the back of an object.”

“A very nice set and a great GM who went the extra mile to be in character without letting it slow down the gameplay. Not up to their Evil Dead 2 game, but still worth a play.”

“A very nice set and some clever puzzles. Effective inventory system with some interactive elements, and a good tie between the puzzles and the narrative. I personally found the slow pace at which the GM (playing the very dim "One Eyed Bill") moved to be a bit frustrating, but other members of my group appreciated the engagement with the theme.”

“Jayson just makes it all more fun. Love his energy. This is a pretty standard old-fashioned game with lots of locks and very straightforward puzzles. The pirate connection was a bit lacking, but did appreciate the diversity of different themes.”

“An excellent online experience. Really energetic GM, and a very functional inventory system. Although being familiar with the movie helped make it more fun, it was absolutely not necessary.”

“Very attractive game, with some neat puzzles. We did have some communication issues with the host, which was a bit frustrating, and surprising since we hadn’t had any issues with the same host for their Steampunk game. Still enjoyable, but did not translate quite as well as their other room.”

“These guys really have figured out how to make the online experience work. They have even created online versions of various parts of the game that you can interact with. The GM is also a really nice guy, who gave us exactly the nudge we needed at one point. Bravo!”

“I’m only sorry we didn’t play this one in person! Really excellent, immersive set with clever puzzles. Very nice host with excellent English. No problems at all with the connection.”

“Nothing high tech about this one, but some really clever puzzles, and good integration with the theme. Jayson was a really friendly host who kept us moving along well. On the easier side for experienced escape room fans, but would be a terrific game to play with kids, particularly if they love animals!”

“I think this would be an amazing game in person. It’s very immersive and atmospheric. There were a few things about the online experience that were frustrating. The host would jerk around, with the camera, every time there was a loud noise. It created such a jumpy feed one of our players had to give up because he was quite nauseous. Also, the time lag between giving and receiving instructions was frustrating. We’ve played online games from around the world and have never experienced that. So a super cool setting and great concept, but some frustrations in its actualization as …”

“We played the room before its recent overhaul, and still had a good time. Some imaginative puzzles. Not quite up to Ready Mayor One standards, but still fun. I’m sure after the overhaul it will be even better!”

“Very cheerful and friendly host, who did a great job of showing us around the room without giving anything away. Some very clever puzzles and a snazzy set. Among the best!”
By msilcox
“Definitely be sure to check out the virtual tour before the game begins. There is one puzzle you need to complete in the tour, and it’s very helpful to have some of the elements up on another screen in solving some of the puzzles. All in all a good experience. Nice diversity of puzzles and an immersive room design.”

“I prefer games that have puzzles that relate to the narrative, rather than just being hurdles to cross. Very nice integration with the story here. A lot to do, but manageable in the 75 minutes allowed. Good fun!”

“There is a lot to do in this game, but it’s manageable In the timeframe if you keep focussed. The puzzles are clever but fairly straightforward, which I appreciate. All in all a really fun experience!”
